About Gracia Insecticide

Gracia Insecticide is a Godrej Agrovet product. It contains Fluxametamide 10% EC and is a contact insecticide. It is a novel isoxazoline insecticide used for the control of chewing and sucking insect pests.

Gracia Insecticide is used against leaf hopper, thrips, fruit and shoot borer, diamond back moth, tobacco caterpillar, semilooper, fruit borer, spotted pod borer and pod borer. It is recommended in brinjal, cabbage, chilli, okra, red gram and tomato.

• Mode of Entry: Ingestion and Contact
• Mode of Action: Fluxametamide acts on the insect nervous system by inhibiting gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) gated chloride channels. This disturbs normal chloride ion movement and affects nerve signal transmission in the insect. The affected pest loses normal nerve and muscle function, which helps control the target insect when applied at the recommended dose.
